Angel Roots Boutique offers any qualifying return in a form of store credit ONLY or exchange of item. Returns or exchanges are accepted within the following 14 days with proof of purchase. If store credit is applied, you will receive it in a form of an email gift card that can be used both online & in-store with code. 

Qualifying Returns or Exchanges are as followed: 

-Items shows no signs of wear or tear meaning, no damages, misuse, stains or scents of any. 

-Must show proof of purchase.

-Only items purchased at Regular Price may be returned. 

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. You may only receive store credit for a returned damaged item.

ALL MARKED SALE ITEMS, STORE MERCH, JEWELRY, HATS, PURSES OR ANY ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE.

Please allow a minimum of 2-4 hours for same day pickup. Orders made Sunday and Monday will not be processed until Tuesday.

Once orders are ready for pickup you will receive an email stating so with pickup instructions, please be patient as we try to process all orders.
